Browns Announce Three Rookie Signings - John Taylor

The Cleveland Browns today signed three of their eight selections from the 2009 NFL Draft, the team announced.  The trio consists of cornerbacks Don Carey (6a), Coye Francies (6b) and running back James Davis (6c).  Also on Wednesday, the team waived linebacker Jonathan Foster, defensive back Nate Ness and running back Marcus Thomas.
