FIRST SERIES (BROWNS): The second quarter starts off a little better for the Browns, as Quinn goes vertical for Winslow running down the right sideline. The pass is incomplete, but there’s a lot of contact and the Bills are called for illegal contact, providing the Browns with a first down at the thirteen.
