The Cleveland Browns today signed kicker Parker Douglass, the team announced. Douglass had been playing with the Sioux Falls Storm of the Indoor Football League.
The 5-8, 170-pound Douglass played four years at South Dakota State (2004-07), during which time he converted 62-of-91 field goal attempts and 135-of-138 PATs. He holds school career records for points (321), PATs, field goals made and consecutive field goals made (13). Douglass attended Columbus (Neb.) High School.
