With a couple of Browns fans suggesting that their brethren hide in the concourses during kickoff, the Browns have provided a helpful set of suggestions for how to get to your seats on time.
Given that seats are generally half-empty at kickoff anyway, the team apparently doesn’t want the protest to receive undue credit for keeping them that way on national television.
Here’s a screen snap from a promotional mailing we got about an hour ago.
Similiar facts were included in a promotional email I received before the last home game..
Thanks for the heads-up. The Browns have been honestly trying to get people into their seats on time for years… from pre-game festivities to on-site tailgate parties, but nothing has been enough to lure people in from the fun times in the Muni Lot.
Especially when, frankly, tailgating has been the highlight of the day a lot of times.
